  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 500 g dried spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 4 chicken breast (thin, boneless and skinless)

  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
