A 10 Step Action Plan for Instant Motivation





If you need immediate help, try these ten tips in the next ten days and then see how your life changes. Write the changes in a personal notebook. Discard what works and what does not.

Here are my 10 tips for quick inspiration:

1. Your self-motivation program starts the night before

Try to go to bed early. If you are tired all day long or feeling sleepy (even if it is from boredom) remember that one hour of sleep before midnight is worth sleeping more than an hour after midnight. So re-arrange your schedule to go to bed beforehand.

2. Plan the night before the next day

In your personal inspiration notebook, write down what you plan to do tomorrow. With each activity, make sure that it is prepared in a positive way. For example: “Prepare a monthly report – turn off my boss’s socks” instead of “create a monthly report”. you get the idea. At the end of your list, write “something great that I don’t know”.

3. Reflect and visualize things on your list before bed

It is okay to feel this way – by refusing to give energy to such thoughts, let your mind feel any kind of fear or guilt about feeling this way. Keep focusing on how great your list looks.. Your Self-Motivation Program Is already kicking.

4. Write down the reason for losing motivation at the end of your daily plan

Go ahead and write them down, no matter how big or complex they seem. Now it’s time for some sound sleep. Just before you go to sleep, tell yourself that you are going to get new information in the list of issues or problems that you have just written.

5. Sleep for some music that focuses on the higher musical octave

This will open the higher centers of your mind and prepare your subconscious mind to solve the problem.

6. You should lay in bed for a few minutes the next morning

Read up on your daily plan and imagine once again how nice it will be when things get in your way. Now get up and Get ready for the day Feeling very self-motivated.




7. Eat something for breakfast that has a good amount of protein

If you are a coffee drinker, think about giving it. Feeling nervous or nervous will definitely interfere with your self-motivation. Here’s a good tip: don’t leave it to the cold turkey, it’s too hard. Instead, drink one cup of Def every other cup. Very soon you will not be able to taste (or feel) the difference. One has to manage their day and be self-motivated.

9. Now you are on the job and ready to face the day

Suddenly your phone rings and a big problem comes that is unexpected and nowhere on your daily plan. What to do? Take a minute to solve the problem in your personal notebook and do what you did the night before: ie “my best customer didn’t get their shipment on time – and I resolved the problem with my boss Knocked off the socks. ”

One minute realize how good it feels to solve the problem. Now go ahead to deal with the problem – you can do it yourself because you are self-motivated! As you go through your day and perform on each item Your daily plan, check every item As they are finished.

10. At the end of your day, do steps 1–5 again, but add some

Add another step as you make your plan for the next day. Feel how nice it is to tamper with the items in your daily plan and tell yourself, “I am the best and most qualified person on earth who could have accomplished this.” Now get busy planning your next day.
